For membership in Corporate America your organization must be:
1) Any credit union.
2) Any organization or association whose membership or ownership consists primarily of credit unions or organizations or associations whose membership or ownership is primarily of credit unions.
3) Businesses, organizations, associations, entities, or individuals who provide products or services to Corporate America Credit Union or any other credit union or to any entity described in Article III Section 2. Only those accounts which can be classified as non-consumer pursuant to relevant federal and state law shall be eligible.
Membership is determined by election by the Board of Directors, or by a membership officer duly appointed by the Board of Directors, and by purchase of one or more shares.
Voting privileges in all elections and membership meetings will be restricted to natural person credit union members that have met the requirements for membership specified in Sections 1 of this Article III and have a membership capital account on deposit with Corporate America Credit Union. "Natural person credit union members" are defined as those members that are credit unions serving natural person fields of membership.
Any member which withdraws all its shareholding shall thereby cease to be a member.
