| The Funds Advantage Account is Corporate America's overnight account option for portfolio managers who wish to maximize their income. With Funds Advantage, you have the ability to transfer excess funds from the Corporate Account daily, for a premium return on your liquid funds. No minimum balance applies. Dividends are accrued daily and paid monthly. Rates paid on the Funds Advantage Account vary depending on the total dollars in the account. This tiered structure pays different rates based on the account balance with tiers set at $1 million, $5 million, $10 million and $20 million dollars. Daily transfers to the Funds Advantage Account are allowed until 1:00 pm CST.
