A Membership Capital Share Deposit (MCSD) is required for your credit union to take advantage of Corporate America Credit Union's services.  However, the MCSD may be held at any corporate credit union.  The MCSD account represents the par value of a share for membership in Corporate America Credit Union.  It is equivalent to one percent of the credit union's previous year-end assets, up to $750,000.  This amount is determined on an annual basis.  Interest is paid quarterly and deposited into the Corporate Funds Account.  Corporate America Credit Union must receive a 3-year written notice in order to withdraw funds.
