Corporate America Upgrades Phone System, Changes for Members

To: Corporate America Credit Union Members
RE: New Phone System

In an effort to better serve our members, Corporate America Credit Union has upgraded its phone system.  The new system means minor changes when you’re calling Corporate America’s Main Office.  Beginning Friday, February 15, 2013 members will be greeted by an automated attendant directing you to a specific extension, staff directory or to hold for one of our excellent Member Service Representatives.  

This change will still allow you to speak with a live attendant, and will make it easier if you know your party’s extension or would like to choose a staff member from our staff directory.  A list of extensions for each employee at Corporate America is available on the contact page of our website

Credit unions who call after hours will also hear an automated attendant, and will continue to have the option to reach the same departments; Branch Capture, ACH and Member Services.   

We hope these changes will expedite your call time and make it easier to reach your party when calling Corporate America Credit Union.
