New Branch Capture Adjustment Procedures

In an effort to improve efficiencies in your deposit reconciliations, effective October 6, 2014, Corporate America Credit Union will credit your account for your entire cash letter amount each day, and post a separate debit or credit entry for adjustments.

When CACU determines an adjustment is necessary, your staff will receive an adjustment notification email containing a reference number and adjustment detail. The image of the adjusted item(s) will be available to view via eDesk Research and the adjustment entry to your account will include the reference number for ease of reconcilement.
