Update From CACU About COVID-19

Corporate America Credit Union has been continuously monitoring all updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) regarding the COVID-19 virus since it first surfaced.

Our members and the services we provide you are always top of mind and we take any situation that could affect our credit unions very seriously. We want you to thrive.

Please see below for preparedness from our organization:

  • Our Due Diligence packet contains information on CACU'sbusiness continuity program and pandemic plan. CACU conducted a successful tabletop pandemic exercise in early February 2020.
  • CACU’s business continuity plan allows us to offer business as usual during a contingency situation. Our technology allows CACU employees to work remotely and field incoming calls to our main phone line, direct dials, and extensions. This is tested yearly in every business unit as part of our plan.
  • In the event your credit union is working under contingency operations, our staff will work diligently to assist you in continuing your critical operations. Please provide our Business Continuity Information to your staff as needed and communicate with us any updates to your plan so we can best serve you.
  • CACU is also working with our third-party vendors to ensure their preparedness regarding COVID-19.

In a time where much is still unknown, rest assured CACU is ready and able to serve you. We will continue to communicate as needed and provide any pertinent updates.

Thank you for putting your support and trust in Corporate America Credit Union.

Sincerely,
Pete Pritts, President/CEO
